Visitors / Drop-In
Come visit us for a drop-in and train with us.
It’s always great to have CrossFit people from all over the world visit us!
You need to be able to do the basic CrossFit movements (Squats, Presses & Pulls), should be regularly following the WODs online, or train at another CrossFit facility. You don’t have any injuries or health issues that need special attention.

You have two options:

pre-register for a class by sending us an email (at least 3 days before your drop-in)

Just show up whenever you like and hope there is still a free spot in the class.
Payments are possible in cash or credit card.
If you stay longer in the area and want to train with us for e.g. a month please contact us by email with the details and we will see what we can do for you.
Please arrive a little bit ahead of time to have enough time to find our gym, say hi and introduce yourself as guest to the trainer, sign the waiver and pay the drop-in.
