      • 30 backpack bent over row
      • 80 mountain climber (1rep = 2steps)

    • 15min AMRAP – equipped version:
      • 10-20 dumbbell hang power clean & jerks
      • or kettlebell clean & jerks
      • depending on weight
      • 5-10 strict pull ups or incline rows
      • 40 double unders or 120 single unders
