      • 3 rounds of:
      • 30sec side plank + 10 side sit ups
      • 30sec side plank + 10 rainbow dips
      • right side then switch to left side
      • 1min rest between rounds
    • PART B
      • 5min max back extensions
    • PART C
      • 3 rounds of:
      • 4x 5sec 4 position plank + 10sec 3 position plank
      • on each 3 position plank raise one arm or leg
    • PART D
      • 5min max superman hold
