CROSSFIT HOME WORKOUT

    • STRENGTH
      • 4 rounds of:
      • kroc rows – use a backpack, dumbbell or kettlebell
      • 1minute /side
      • 2min rest
    • METCON
      • death by: 1 burpee + 2 airsquats
      • add 1 burpee and 1 airsquat each minute
      • once you are not able to complete the burpees and airsquats – rest for 1min
      • then: airsquats for time (all minutes combined),
      • then: burpees for time (all minutes combined)
      • score #1 is the number of rounds you were able to complete in the death by mode
      • score #2 is the time for your airsquats and burpees
